Serving Size: About 40 Puff Puffs
Ingredients :
- 4 Cups of Flour
- 1 packet of Yeast
- 3/4 Cup of Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon of Salt
- 1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
- 2 Cups of Water
- 1 Teaspoon of Nutmeg
Instructions:
- Warm the water until lukewarm
- Pour yeast into the water and stir.
- Add sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add flour and nutmeg.
- Mix well, until all there are no lumps.
- Cover in airtight container, and let it stand out for at least 40 minutes.
- Deep fry in hot oil. Grab about a little bit of a handful and drop in pot to create ball shape.
