If you're not a part of AfriCarnival but would still like to participate in this Years DC Carnival/Caribbean Fest on Georgia Avenu June 25th, then we have a solution to help you!
Well...you can purchase costumes at VICE.


On June 11th, they'll be holding a showcase to present this years costumes for the Carnival. Make sure you're in attendance if you'd like to purchase your costume!
